Job Description and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing or a related field such as Chemical Engineering or Polymer Materials.
Experience: More than three years of marketing experience in China.
Industry Awareness: Gain a thorough understanding of auxiliary products used in the processing of PVC polyvinyl chloride products, and stay informed about domestic market trends and competitor activities.
Industry Resources: Preference will be given to those with agency channels, connections with relevant companies, or access to end-user resources.

 

Salary and Benefits
Salary range:
Outstanding employees will be granted equity, with a guaranteed annual salary of 100,000 yuan. The total income includes base salary, commissions, and year-end bonus, as well as five social insurances, holiday benefits, paid annual leave, and allowances for transportation and phone expenses.
Outstanding individuals may be granted equity-based stock options.
