Job Description and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a 985 or 211 university, majoring in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Materials.
Experience: More than five years of experience in the R&D and service of PVC polyvinyl chloride stabilizers (non-lead salts), with the ability to deliver significant breakthroughs in new products or develop entirely new products for the company.


Salary and Benefits
Salary range:
A minimum annual salary of 150,000 yuan, or negotiable. The compensation package includes a base salary, commission on new products, and a year-end bonus. We also offer five social insurances, holiday benefits, paid annual leave, and allowances for transportation and phone expenses.
Outstanding individuals may be granted stock options.
For exceptionally outstanding individuals—such as those who bring with them and independently own significant new products with intellectual property rights—a joint venture company may be established, or a dedicated new-product business unit may be set up to operate under independent accounting. These individuals can co-found the company together with the existing organization; however, they must complete a one-year onboarding and adaptation period before fully joining the team.
