Job Description and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a 985 or 211 university, majoring in chemical engineering or a related new materials field.
Experience: More than three years of experience in chemical product R&D, with strong capabilities in gathering technical documentation and developing new products.


Salary and Benefits
Salary range:
A guaranteed annual salary of 100,000 yuan, with income comprising a base salary plus commission on new products and a year-end bonus, as well as five social insurances, holiday benefits, paid annual leave, and allowances for car and phone expenses.
Outstanding individuals may be granted stock options.
