Job Description and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; preference given to candidates with a major in International Trade, Marketing, or a related chemical engineering field.
Experience: More than five years of proven experience in the foreign trade industry; preference given to candidates with independent operational or team management experience in overseas markets.
Industry Awareness: Must be familiar with the processing of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products and the related additives industry, and have an understanding of international market trends and competitors.
Language proficiency: CET-6 or above in English, with proficient skills in reading and writing emails and oral communication.
Industry Resources: Preference will be given to those with overseas agency channels, relevant company connections, or end-customer resources.


Salary and Benefits
Salary range:
A minimum annual salary of 150,000 yuan, or negotiable. The compensation package includes a base salary, commission, and year-end bonus, as well as five social insurances, holiday benefits, paid annual leave, and allowances for transportation and phone expenses.
Outstanding individuals may be granted stock options.
Those who excel particularly may jointly establish a new foreign trade company, but they must first join the company and work together for one year to gain experience.
